From idea to 3D models in the classic car industry passes on average about a year. Igor Juric this time covered in just two and a half months. That's how long it took him to design XD, the first Croatian serial electric car.
Sisak - Rüsselsheim - Sisak. After he gathered all the necessary
knowledge in the Opel factory, Igor Juric returned to his hometown,
opened the company and pretty soon his design ideas fell on fertile
ground. The first task was the model of the car seat Paulana, and
then came creation the appearance of the first Croatian grinders
that, according to research from global competition, is better and
stronger by 40 percent.
And then came the call from the company DOK-ING. The rest is
history. The prototype of the first Croatian-electric car with a
specific cross rear lights called XD, shall be made by year's end.
For urban flea, as the Germans call that car, Igor signs
all - styling, design, exterior and interior.
Since how to think green is motto of today's designs he's
currently designing stackable water-can that would remove from the
streets smelly and loud trucks. Here he intends to innovate
and produce alone.
"A normal working day lasts 16-18h but the most important
thing is that this is actually a boy playing games."
