Tina Lee Odinsky-Zec

huntress of hidden potential

Tina Lee Odinsky Zec gets from her students feedback which is usually a missing link in teacher-student relationship. Everyone can get involved they just have to discover how, she says.

Tina Lee Odinsky-Zec is a marketing professional with over 15 years of experience. She's lecturer at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management and was elected vice-chairman of a group of special interest to social entrepreneurship in the American society of small business and entrepreneurship (USASBE). Has worked on many marketing projects such as the World University Games, Ice Hockey in Harlem and events like the U.S. Open golf championship.

At her school she encourages the mobility of teaching staff and students in order to create a diverse and inclusive environment for lifelong learning. She consistently uses technology in the classroom and WebCT tools to enhance relations and communications among students.  Mentor students in the areas of marketing, entrepreneurship and career development.

The space matters talk will spread ideas for liberating the spaces in and around us to unleash the hidden potential in people and places. The discussion will center around perceptions of space and the importance of building on the capacities present in our surroundings. Tina Lee Odinsky-Zec  will invite audience members to reimagine spaces in an average Zagreb neighborhood to exercise their "possiblity radar".
