Hrvoje Marko Vitturi

instructor of the integration of body and movement

Somatic learning is an important factor in selfawareness, the process of individualization and maturation of the human ability to adequately answer challenges in life" emphasizes Hrvoje Marko Vitturi.

It's a known fact that the cult of the outside approach to the body, rules. Physical appearance as part of our image has become an imperative, neglecting the human being in the process. This fragmentation and a tendency to primarily be successful, rather than integrated, leads to a decline in quality of life.

Synchronizing mind and body by raising of consciousness, opens up new insights about how to learn and how to be functionally organized. This allows the experience of the body as a whole, and integration with other parts of our being, which is the guiding principle in Feldenkrais method and life's calling for Hrvoje Marko Vitturi.

As a senior physiotherapist his first working experience acquired in the early 90s at the Zagreb Institute for children with motor problems. He went to Graz, and devoted 14 years to the study of holistic pedagogy and body movement (Feldenkrais method, Alexander technique, Bones for Life-Movement Intelligence), analytical biomechanics, and various therapeutic classes (with an emphasis on neurophysiology).

He has worked in the Austrian state clinic (Landesnervenklinik "Sigmund Freud") where he introduced holistic pedagogy of the body and movement in everyday therapeutic practice. Returns to Zagreb in 2007 and establishes Integritas vitae Ltd. - the company to improve quality of life.

"Through practical and concrete examples from life situations I'll bring you closer to understanding the connection between cinestetic  consciousness and complete contact with yourself at the present moment of your life."
